    Inside Sales Representative – Medical Alert Services

    Concord, CA | Onsite (Hybrid after hire)

    • Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time

     

    Help seniors stay safe and independent while growing your sales career! This role offers warm leads only (no cold calling), strong earning potential, and great long‑term benefits after conversion.

    What You’ll Do

    + Handle inbound sales inquiries from interested prospects

    + Call warm, web‑generated leads and close sales

    + Provide excellent customer service and retention support

    + Manage lead follow-ups, orders, and customer records

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

    + Sales or customer service experience (phone-based preferred)

    + Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment

    + $20/hr + monthly commission ($700–$2,100; avg ~$1,800)

    + Total potential: $27–$34/hr

    Schedule

    + Mon–Fri: 6:00am–6:00pm

    + Sat–Sun: 8:00am–4:30pm

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
