    Description

    The End User Services Technician serves as the secondary IT End User Services Support technician. This individual’s primary responsibility is the ownership of tier-two through tier-three level troubleshooting of the environment and the forward-looking strategy and architecture of the desktop environment of tomorrow. This individual will focus on the maintenance and support of the floor computing environments, development and delivery of superior customer service initiatives. The individual will also provide support of the server and storage and network environment.

     

    This role provides on-site Level 2–3 support for over 200 end users in a fast‑paced environment. The technician will troubleshoot a wide range of issues including network connectivity, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Lenovo hardware, Zebra RF devices, printers, mobile devices, and A/V setups. Responsibilities include managing and documenting all tickets in ServiceNow, supporting warehouse and corporate staff, assisting with IT asset management, contributing to project-based work, and maintaining up-to-date technical documentation. The position requires 5+ years of hands-on desktop engineering and end-user support experience, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Windows OS, Intune device management, minor networking tasks, and cloud/Office 365 administration. A flexible schedule is required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
