    Description:

    This newly created role at Narda-MITEQ is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager who enjoys building and shaping how the marketing strategy is implemented. You’ll have the chance to make this role your own, bringing structure, ideas, and momentum to our marketing communication efforts while helping define how we tell our story internally and externally.

     

    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works well across teams, and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages. You don’t need to be an RF or technical expert, what matters is curiosity, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset that can bring ideas to life.

    Essential Functions:

    + Develop and execute marketing communication strategies and initiatives that drive lead generation to support business growth and sales objectives.

    + Strengthen and evolve the Narda-MITEQ brand across digital channels and industry events

    + Create and manage marketing content including company newsletters, new product announcements, digital advertising, presentations, website and social media content.

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s participation in industry trade shows and conferences, including booth strategy, logistics, materials, etc.

    + Manage pre- and post-show activities, including promotional efforts and lead capture, and coordination of lead follow-up.

    + Create internal tools and materials that help sales teams communicate product value clearly and consistently.

    + Partner with Product Line Management and R&D teams to prepare newly developed products for launch and market introduction.

    + Track and evaluate marketing activities to understand what’s working and where improvements can be made

    + Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed as the main point of contact in support of the company’s marketing communications efforts.

    + Collaborate with other marketing communication resources across the broader Amphenol organization to seek best practices and shared tools

    + Support marketing communications efforts within our distribution partners to increase brand and product exposure through these important global sales channels.

    + Travel is required as needed to support trade shows and business-related activities.

    Requirements:

    + Exposure to product marketing, trade shows, or customer-facing initiatives.

    + This role involves periodic travel to support key projects and collaboration. Travel is typically limited (around 10–15%) but may increase to approximately 25% depending on business needs.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of marketing communications experience in a B2B environment (manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused companies preferred).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and move projects forward independently.

    + Experience working cross-functionally and supporting sales teams.

    + Comfortable learning new products and markets without needing to be the technical expert.

    + Exposure to product marketing, trade shows, or customer-facing initiatives
