**ITW Commercial Construction North America (CCNA),** a division of ITW, includes trusted brands like Buildex® (Teks®, Sammys®), Red Head (TruBolt®, Tapcon®), Ramset (Trakfast®), and PNA®, serving professional contractors since 1910. We design and manufacture innovative fastening, and concrete flatwork solutions for concrete, drywall, metal buildings, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC applications.

We are currently looking for a **National Sales Manager** to join our team! This individual will be responsible for leading and developing PNA’s sales organization, with a focus on delivering revenue targets and strengthening organic growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Growth
+ Lead national sales performance to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets across multiple channel partners.
+ Develop and execute value-based sales strategies, pricing models, and growth initiatives aligned with company objectives and Aggressive Growth Mindset.
+ Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive continuous improvement using ITW tools and sales processes.
Strategy & Execution
+ Lead sales strategic planning (AP, LRP) and ensure effective execution.
+ Translate business goals into clear, actionable sales strategies and priorities.
+ Support marketing and pricing governance to maximize market penetration and profitability.
Customer & Market Development
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
+ Optimize routes to market and negotiate effectively in competitive environments.
+ Identify segments and opportunities for profitable growth.
Talent Development
+ Hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
+ Coach teams to become territory and business experts.
+ Align incentives and performance management with business goals.
+ Train, coach, and mentor the sales team on value-based selling and competitive differentiation.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree required, MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of progressive sales and/or marketing experience with strong track record of successful results
+ 2+ years of managing/coaching teams.
+ Proven ability and experience implementing initiatives (e.g., brand lifecycle management, pricing, marketing/sales support & communication, market research and competitive intelligence) that have directly led to improvements in sales, revenue and market share.
+ Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with customers at all levels (e.g., distributors, National Accounts, end-users).
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and retain successful teams.
+ Contract and deal management experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to make decisions in the best interests of the business.
+ Leader who is comfortable challenging the status quo, driving change, and using influence capabilities to set direction across the division.
+ Excellent communication and listening skills. Effective delegation, ability to gain results through others.
+ Travel requirement of 30%.

Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position is **$130,000- $160,000.** This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan.
