+ $3819/wk Total Travel Pay Package
+ ASAP Start for 13wks
+ 4x10hr Day Shifts
+ Experience with Siemens/Somaris VB10 Required
+ Active ARRT and BLS Certifications Required
+ Home location will be in Palmer, AK but you must be willing to float to Eagle River and Anchorage locations if needed.
The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
+ Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
+ A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
