Behavior Technician / Level II Aide – Full Time
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: January 28, 2026
Positions Available: 4–5 openings
Contract Duration: 18 weeks
Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians / Level II Aides to support students with special needs and behavioral challenges in a highly supportive center-based school environment (serving ages K–22). The Behavior Technician works collaboratively with educators and behavioral specialists to help students achieve learning and behavioral goals.

Key Responsibilities
+ Support the implementation of educational and behavioral programs for children and young adults with special needs.
+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists.
+ Assist in achieving individualized learning and behavioral goals.
+ Provide hands-on behavioral support in high-needs classroom settings.
+ Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment for students.
Minimum Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 60+ college credit hours or an associate degree
+ 2+ years of experience in high-needs or behavioral classrooms/environments
+ Experience working with children (required)
+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
