**Shift:** 2nd Shift: Tu-F 3pm - 1:30a

**Training:** 4-6 weeks of training on 1st shift, Monday – Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule.

As an Automation Process Controller, you’ll be at the center of our operation, monitoring product flow in real time, solving complex issues, and partnering with technical teams to drive improvements. What You’ll Do

+ Oversee and virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time completion

+ Optimize product flow and ensure the operation meets throughput goals

+ Identify system downtime, analyze root causes, and recommend improvement plans

+ Maximize system capacity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks

+ Troubleshoot and lead root‑cause analysis for complex automation or control system issues

+ Serve as the primary point of escalation for advanced technical challenges

+ Collaborate with the technical team to create best practices for automated warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

+ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot systems and equipment with a technical mindset

+ Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and comfort working through ambiguity

+ A team player who communicates well with all levels of the organization

+ Flexibility to work required schedules, including weekends when needed

+ Comfortable working in a cold storage environment when applicable (with PPE provided)

+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
