    Fluidra is looking for an Order Traffic Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.

    WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    Responsible for liaising between the Customer Experience and Shipping teams, facilitating order shipments in accordance with Fluidra Customer Service guidelines and procedures. Responsible order management including moving orders/order lines between warehouses, prioritizing orders/order lines that increase in urgency, and providing feedback to internal customers on order statuses. Additionally, you will:

     

    + Field inquiries from the Customer Experience team in regards to order expediting and availability, setting expectations they can accurately relay to customers.

    + Review the daily Open Orders report to determine which orders cannot be shipped complete within an acceptable time frame, and communicate those to the CX team.

    + Communicate regularly, via email and phone, with Materials Managers and Shipping/Logistics Managers to obtain accurate product availability information.

    + Respond to daily requests from Shipping to adjust orders, particularly for large orders that must include multiple deliveries.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    WHAT WE SEEK

    + At least 2 years of customer service experience.

    + Polished and professional communication skills, positive attitude, cheerful disposition.

    + Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment in the process of scheduling orders.

    + Familiarity with shipping and logistics.

    + Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

    + Must be able to type 50 WPM.

    + Possess a technical aptitude.

    EDUCATION

    High school diploma or equivalent and at least some college education preferred.

    Expected hourly rate is $25.00 - $27.00. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
