    **Job Type:** Full Time

    **Shift(s) Available:** overnight

    **Compensation** : $22.00/hr and up tp $25.00/hr depending on experience

    Principal Accountabilities:

    + Collect, measure and weigh samples of materials of specific products based of defined procedures and specifications

    + Test and conduct analysis of raw materials, in process or finished product using defined procedures and specifications

    + Complete documentation and maintain records testing results with regular guidance

    + Maintain a clean and safe work area through knowledge and practice of safe and efficient food and safety practices

    + Accurately perform and record monitoring activities, process verifications, and audits throughout the facility including raw material audits, documenting deviations and/or recording corrective actions taken

    + Monitoring and enforcing all plant specific and corporate food safety programs

    + Prepare samples and perform product and/or material testing

    + Perform environmental swabbing

    + Performing pre-operational inspections and along with performing quality monitoring of product and processes

    + Documenting and maintaining record keeping utilizing a computer as necessary

    + Auditing supplies to maintain inventory and designing and implementing new procedures and/or techniques

    + Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment

    + Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

    + Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

    + Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship

    + Must be 18 years or older

    + Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

    + Basic use of a computer

    + Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

    + Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

    + Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working in a production related work

    + Experience in Quality Assurance or Food Manufacturing

    + Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklift

    + High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
