What you´ll do
About the Role:
+ We are building a Social Commerce Center of Excellence to scale TikTok Shop and future social commerce platforms across a multi-brand portfolio.
+ This role will serve as the commercial and strategic owner of Social Commerce, with TikTok Shop as the primary growth engine in 2026.
+ This is a senior, high-impact role with full accountability for P&L, platform strategy, governance, and cross-functional leadership, working across brands, agencies, supply chain, and operational partners.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own the Social Commerce commercial strategy and P&L, with TikTok Shop as the core focus
+ Lead platform relationships (TikTok today; additional social commerce platforms over time)
+ Define GMV targets, growth strategy, and execution roadmap across brands
+ Govern promotions, pricing frameworks, commission structures, and paid media investments
+ Oversee agency strategy and ensure execution aligns with business objectives, efficiency, and brand standards
+ Drive cross-brand alignment and establish consistent ways of working through the CoE
+ Build and scale the Social Commerce team in a phased and performance-driven approach
+ Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Agency and Brand teams to ensure readiness and scalability
+ Translate performance data into clear insights, actions, and leadership updates
+ Act as the senior point of escalation and decision-making for Social Commerce initiatives
What makes you a good fit
+ Proven experience in Social Commerce, Marketplace, or eCommerce growth roles
+ Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or comparable social commerce platforms strongly preferred
+ Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
+ Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
+ Experience managing agencies and external partners
+ Comfortable leading ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up
+ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

The salary for this role is **$ 120,000.00- $ 135,000.00.** This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
