    13767BRJob Description:The IT Shared Services Analyst II supports the IT vendor management organization by assisting with governance, financial tracking, and resource coordination. This role will assist with maintaining accurate records, monitoring vendor performance, and contributing to process improvements that drive value across IT initiatives. The analyst works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and compliance with contractual obligations. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in IT operations and vendor management.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Portfolio & Value Management

    + Coordinate the 30-60-90-day demand forecast process for development work, including cross-tower portfolio analysis and reporting.

    + Facilitate value management by monitoring progress, performance, and benefits realization across the IT project portfolio, including Innovation Fund investments.

    + Provide oversight, analysis and reporting of business case development and value delivery process for development work.

    + Provide performance analysis and reporting on development work, including actual effort vs. estimated effort and actual delivery dates vs. promise dates.

    + Oversee the allocation and management of Transformation and Innovation funds to maximize value delivery.

    + Capacity & Resource Management

    + Plan and allocate AD pool capacity across IT towers.

    + Prepare monthly Development Resource Pool (AD Pool) utilization analysis, validation, and reporting.

    + Highlight and drive resolution to identified AD anomalies (e.g., active work items with estimated efforts of “0”, work underway without planned/actual start dates, work underway without target deployment dates, etc.).

    + Contract & Financial Management

    + Assist with contract negotiations, renewals, change orders, and compliance activities.

    + Oversee and validate monthly resource unit utilization process.

    + Administer a regular cadence of calculating and validating ARCs (Additional Resource Charges) and RRCs (Reduced Resource Credits) per contractual requirements.

    + Generate monthly Accenture capital labor analysis and reporting.

    + Perform quarterly Development Resource Pool (AD Pool) utilization true-up analysis and reporting.

    + Vendor & Managed Services Governance

    + Coordinate the governance meeting cadence and calendar for Managed Services.

    + Develop, maintain, and administer Managed Services SOPs and work instructions.

    + Administer the IT expectations alignment document, including updates, revisions, and approvals.

    + Maintain a dynamic list of criteria and relevant example work items classified as AD or AMS.

    + Provide oversight of the coverage of USS-required topics and materials as part of vendor resource onboarding.

    + Provide oversight of the annual USS policy certification process.

    + Manage and monitor the process for monthly SLA faults/credits, including trend analysis and reporting cadence.

    + Provide oversight of SLA performance continuous improvement requirements.

    + Maintain and support the Managed Services SharePoint sites.

    + Engagement & Feedback Management

    + Develop and administer regular pulse check surveys.

    + Analyze survey results and prepare actionable insights.

    + Facilitate the creation of survey action plans to address identified outcomes.

    + Manage and execute the IT MSP rewards and recognition process for USS and Accenture teams.

    + Track and report Accenture ticket backlog across IT towers.

    + Oversee and report on missing Accenture PPM timesheets.

    + Digital Transformation Support

    + Assists in coordinating cross-functional collaboration between business and operations teams to help build the digital project pipeline and support the establishment of value delivery targets.

    + Contributes to the prioritization and funding process for digital initiatives by providing analysis, documentation, and logistical support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

    + Support capital project planning, budgeting and tracking in partnership with finance/project teams.

    + Assist in the development and maintenance of business cases and value realization frameworks.

    + Monitors the progression of digital projects and supports project teams in tracking milestones and identifying opportunities to enhance value delivery.

    + Aids in preparing communications and reports for key stakeholders, summarizing project status, outcomes, and benefits realized through digital transformation efforts.

    EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.

    + Five to seven years of work experience.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams platforms.

    + Relevant experience with demonstrated project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    + Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders.

    + Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

    + Demonstrates resilience and flexibility, embraces unexpected changes, and drives improved solutions.

    + Self-motivated, acts independently and prioritizes appropriately and completes assignments on time.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    + Ability to constantly operate a computer.

    + Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
