Join a dedicated, collegial group as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant as part of a highly experienced Acute General Surgery team at Providence Medical Group in Walla Walla, Washington. This position is fully inpatient responsible for First Assist, consults, H&Ps, discharge planning, patient education and rounding. This is an opportunity to join a highly collegial and multidisciplinary team while enjoying a healthy work-life balance in this family friendly community in eastern Washington.

* Monday to Friday schedule

* 100% inpatient

* Mostly General Surgery; may assist other surgeons when on call (IE Ortho, Urology, etc.)

* Only First Assistant when on call

* 4 to 6 calls per month (7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weeknights and 24 hours on weekends)

* Highly experienced and supportive team environment

* Providence qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

* Additional complimentary student loan consultant services are available

* 2+ years of experience preferred

* Compensation is between $142,092 and $187,972 per year

* The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
