    _Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 remote in Greenwood Village, CO_

     

    The Technical Delivery Manager will oversee the project lifecycle from intake through production delivery while performing aspects of technical analysis, project management, and agile leadership. The role requires critical thinking, problem solving, and fluency with agile terminology and practices to act as Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Business Analyst on a day-to-day basis.

    Rate: $60.00 to $67.00/hr. w2

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    + Manage end-to-end delivery from intake through production, coordinating scope, schedule, and quality.

    + Create and maintain JIRA tickets from provided requirements and ensure clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.

    + Facilitate estimation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables to completion.

    + Act as day-to-day Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Business Analyst to remove blockers and improve team flow.

    + Maintain roadmap status and communicate project health, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.

    + Ensure the engineering team aligns work to project priority and committed timelines.

    + Assist the team manager with capacity planning and progress tracking against commitments.

    + Triage issues during UAT and address questions on API logic and upstream data behavior.

    + Enable cross-team understanding by translating needs between development teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

    + Learn and understand the architecture and functionality of owned software services and related tooling.

    + Ability to write effective requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test guidelines.

    + Experience troubleshooting software behavior using browser developer tools, Splunk, Datadog, and API clients.

    + Familiarity with agile delivery, including backlog management, estimation, sprint planning, and status reporting.

    + Experience acting as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in software delivery teams.

    + Skill in communicating project status, risks, and blockers to technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA or willingness to learn quickly.

    + Comfort with Datadog, Splunk, GitLab, Apollo Studio, Swagger UI, Karate, and Amazon Q/Kiro or willingness to learn quickly.

    + Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native concepts or willingness to learn quickly.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and professional decorum to engage from junior team members to senior leadership.

    + Ability to remain effective during crises and to request help when needed.

    + Ability to operate independently with modern office software without disrupting team effectiveness.

    + 5 to 7 years of experience in one or more constituent roles is ideal.
