INTERNET DIRECTOR ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an Internet Director to take full ownership of our digital sales operation. This position is designed for a results-focused leader who thrives on accountability, metrics, and winning in one of the most competitive automotive markets in the country. This is not a desk-management role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who produces, coaches, and drives results daily. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own overall internet performance for new and used Toyota sales • Drive appointment volume, show rates, and closing percentages • Manage, train, and hold accountable the Internet Sales Team • Enforce strict lead handling standards (speed, quality, follow-up) • Monitor daily KPIs including response time, appointments set/shown, sold units, and ROI • Ensure 100% CRM compliance and accurate reporting • Work directly with the GSM and Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals • Optimize all digital lead sources including Toyota OEM, website, third-party, chat, and text • Maintain a sell-today mindset while upholding Toyota brand standards • Drive strong CSI, Google reviews, and online reputation performance QUALIFICATIONS • Proven experience as an Internet Director or Internet Sales Manager • Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and volume goals • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach • Advanced knowledge of automotive CRM systems • Highly organized, disciplined, and data-driven • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure DFW market Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
