    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of our most prominent Asset Management clients and sit 3 days/week in Manhattan. This person will be joining the Finance Engineering and Corporate Systems team to lead end-to-end project delivery for financial applications, including SIT, UAT, and Production go-live phases. This person will drive risk management, issue tracking, and escalation processes to maintain project health/governance and ensure compliance with financial industry standards, controls, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. There will be many layers of collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align deliverables through so this resource needs a demonstrated experience in change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10+ years of experience managing multiple complex projects within the financial industry

     

    o Entire project lifecycle management; project timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation and smooth transition to production

     

    - Experience in Treasury, ERP (Oracle, Peopplesoft, etc.) and Valuations

     

    - Ability to participate in testing cycles (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing), coordinating defect management, resolution, and retesting

     

    - Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication/presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders - Asset Servicing/Asset Management industry experience

     

    - Specific experience within Valuation systems; thinkFolio (HIS Markit), Bloomberg Terminal, Blackrock’s Aladdin, Anaplan, FactSet
