Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (NPI) to lead the end‑to‑end program management of next‑generation AI hardware systems. This role operates within a highly cross‑functional, matrixed environment spanning Hardware, Data Center, Network, Software, and Capacity teams. You will drive execution from concept through production, ensuring successful delivery of large‑scale infrastructure hardware that supports high‑demand AI workloads.

Own the full lifecycle of hardware NPI programs, including servers, networking equipment, racks, CDUs, and supporting systems.

Manage EVT, DVT, and PVT phases, including validation milestones, test plans, issue tracking, and cross‑team alignment.

Define testing standards, acceptance criteria, methodologies, and tooling requirements for each stage of the NPI process.

Lead pilot build planning and execution; oversee manufacturing readiness and scale‑up to volume production.

Support production operations, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for quality or reliability issues.

Collaborate with external partners (chip vendors, ODMs/OEMs), negotiate schedules, and resolve technical dependencies.

Coordinate cross‑functional engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a hyperscale datacenter environment

5+ years of experience managing Hardware NPI cycles from concept → validation → deployment.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs in fast‑paced environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence without authority. Experience supporting AI, GPU, or large‑scale compute hardware programs.

Hands‑on work with OEM/ODM partners and supply chain execution.

Background in computer architecture, system performance optimization, or distributed infrastructure.

Familiarity with high‑density rack systems, data center hardware, or production‑scale hardware deployme
