Job Description
A large financial client is looking for an Operations Workstream Project Test Lead to join the team. This person will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and delivering all testing activities (SIT, E2E, Regression, UAT, Non Functional, and Production Validation) across complex, Operations/Clearance & Settlements Workstreams. The ideal candidate brings hands on Wealth Management Operations expertise and can translate operational controls and regulatory obligations into testable requirements, data validation rules, and executable scenarios. They will partner with Program/Project Managers, Product Owners, Operations leaders, Technology Leads, and external vendors to ensure high quality releases with zero defect tolerance for client assets, transactions, and regulatory reports.

Skills and Requirements
• 8–12+ years in testing/quality across complex financial systems; 5+ years in Wealth Management Operations (e.g., trading operations, reconciliations, corporate actions, fee billing, account servicing, Clearance & Settlements).
• Proven leadership delivering platform transformations or multi system migrations
• Knowledge of Wealth Ops processes:
o Trade capture, allocation, post trade processing, settlements
o Corporate actions, dividends, splits, mandatory/voluntary events
o Reconciliations (cash, positions, transactions), fee billing, performance
• Hands on with test tools and methods:
o Jira
o Batch/file interface testing (FTP/SFTP), messaging (MQ/Kafka), and microservices
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills. • Experience with major custodians (e.g., DTCC, CDCC, CDS, OCC, BNP, Euroclear), market data providers, and archival/reporting systems.
• Exposure to service desk and controls tooling (ServiceNow/JIRA Service Management) and control room workflows.
• Prior experience in data migration (account master, positions, transactions, KYC/AML profiles) with robust reconciliation and sign off frameworks.
