Job Description

An Automotive Services Client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Enterprise Technology Delivery Group. The Enterprise Technology Delivery Group is modernizing core Finance & Accounting systems—including SAP S/4HANA modules (GL, AP, PO), procurement workflows, and financial data integrations—and this role supports that transformation by executing full‑lifecycle QA activities across end‑to‑end financial and procurement processes to ensure accurate accounting postings, reliable system behavior, and alignment with business expectations. The QA Analyst will participate in requirements analysis, develop test strategies, create and execute functional, integration, and regression tests, manage test data, validate system changes against specifications, and clearly document and communicate defects while providing meaningful test status updates. They will also review results, identify improvement opportunities throughout the development cycle, and, where applicable, contribute to automation efforts (Tosca preferred). Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Skills and Requirements

4+ years of IT QA experience with hands‑on test case design, execution, defect management, and maintaining coverage for complex applications.

Must have experience with SAP financials specifically, GL, AP, and PO testing in SAP S/4HANA and SAP GUI

Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test/requirements management and strong SQL skills for data validation and integrity testing.

Experience with test automation (Tosca preferred) and web services/API testing.

Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs and the ability to tailor testing approaches accordingly.

Experience mentoring testers or leading QA delivery.

Deep knowledge of system, integration, regression, and negative/error testing. Experience with AccelQ, Playwright, or Cloud ALM is a plus.
