Job Description

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creating construction work packages for the electric distribution system, utilizing various software platforms, and adhering to construction standards. These distribution systems may be overhead, underground or in underground residential distribution environments. Projects may involve grid hardening and reliability improvements, substation optimization, joint use preparations, and street lighting initiatives. Work packages will be developed using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, Work Management Systems (WMS), and other client-specific systems.

Skills and Requirements

Engineering Tech:

o 1-3 years of experience with design/drafting using CAD software

o No degree needed but must come from infrastructure, utilities, surveying background. (Fielder, tech, locator, etc.)
