Sodexo’s Strategic Internship Program has an opening for a Responsible Sourcing Intern who is currently majoring in sustainability management, environmental studies, supply chain sustainability, etc. and can work remotely.  Our internship programs are a great opportunity to work with members of our teams to gain on-the-job experience.

Join us for a 6-month, remote internship program starting March 2026.

What You'll Do

Program and Role Overview:

+ This internship offers practical experience in responsible sourcing practices and sustainability reporting at a global company, with mentorship and professional development opportunities.

+ Support Sodexo’s Responsible Sourcing team to measure sustainable sourcing performance against Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow 2028 commitments.

+ Responsibilities include collecting supplier data, cleaning and organizing large datasets, and improving sustainability attribute information.

+ The work will be best suited for applicants with interest in sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and supply chain emissions.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

+ Must be currently enrolled in your sophomore, junior or senior year of college.

+ Students pursuing a career in sustainability management, environmental studies, supply chain sustainability or similar path.

+ Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with large datasets, including reviewing, organizing, and validating data.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)

+ Must be an independent worker with strong time management that can deliver with minimal oversight.

+ Interpersonal skills that can engage different levels of the organization from frontline to VP level.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.
