Job Description:

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure to support business needs. Provides technical guidance and escalation support for a team of experienced Enterprise Network Analysts. Utilizes expertise in Route/Switch, Security, and Wireless technologies, including Cisco IOS, Cisco Prime, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Firewalls, NetBrain, SolarWinds, and Wireless Flex Connect. Manages Enterprise Network projects, including building new sites or converting/rebuilding acquired sites. Establishes processes and reports for monitoring network performance, managing changes, and documenting configurations. Analyzes network traffic and configurations to pinpoint discrepancies or failures. Adheres to change control policies to ensure network stability and compliance. Coordinates cross-functional teams for the deployment and support of physical and virtual network infrastructure. Identifies and isolates network problems by gathering information from logs, user reports, and monitoring tools. Verifies security settings and access controls to ensure alignment with policies. Demonstrates competence in LAN/WAN technologies, EIGRP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, and SDN (Software Defined Networking). Reviews and enforces policies and standards to maintain network security and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

• Proven skills to provide technical leadership to a team of Enterprise Network Analyst in areas of Route/Switch Security, and Wireless technologies. [Required]

• Proven skills in the coordination of team resources for enterprise projects and support tasks. This includes the facilitation of technical project calls, support calls and training sessions. [Required]

• Proven skills in providing guidance, mentorship and development of team of Enterprise Network Analysts. [Required]

• Proven skills in serving in the role of an escalation contact for a technical operations team. [Required]

• Proven skills in Project Management of Network related projects. [Required]

• Proven skills in both verbal and written communication. [Required]

• Ability to understand and implement LAN/WAN networks including topics such as OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, DHCP pools, and Ethernet. [Required]

• Proven skills with Cisco platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco ASR and ISR Routers [Required]

• Proven skills in discussing and planning application architecture with cross-functional application, business, technical teams and third-party vendors. [Required]

• Technical writing skills. [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• B.A or B.S. in a degree such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology or 7 years related experience

Work Experience:

• 3+ years in specialization in one or more technical service lines such as route/switch, security or wireless technologies [Required]

• 5+ years of experience in supporting network infrastructure platforms such as cisco switches, asr and isr routers, vpn and wireless flex connect [Required]

• 7+ years in the support of an enterprise network platform in a 24x7 environment, including platforms such as route switch, wireless and security [Required]

• Experience producing predictive surveys for wireless coverage [Preferred]

• Experience with Cisco Voice, Nexus Switches, Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls [Preferred]

• Experience with Cisco Wireless WLC, Access Points, Cisco Prime and Wireless Flex Connect [Required]

• Experience working in healthcare or other 24x7 environment [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
