    What You’ll Do

    + Welcome and room patients, ensuring comfort and readiness for exams and procedures.

    + Accurately take and record vital signs.

    + Assist providers during visits and minor procedures.

    + Document patient information in NEXGEN EMR.

    + Maintain clean, organized exam rooms following strict infection control standards.

    + Answer patient inquiries and provide clear follow-up instructions.

    + Support scheduling, referrals, and general clinical operations.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience Matters: Previous healthcare or MA experience preferred (CNA or similar roles accepted).

    + Tech-Savvy: EMR proficiency (NEXGEN experience is a plus).

    + Reliable & Flexible: Ability to travel between offices (mileage reimbursed) and adapt to a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–6:30 PM window).

    + Team Player: Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Danbury, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $54080.00/yr.
