    Responsibilities for a Tier Two Customer Service Specialist include but are not limited to:

    + Manage and resolve escalated cases from the Tier One call center using Salesforce to ensure high-quality customer resolution.

    + Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and utility providers to investigate and address complex billing-related inquiries.

    + Maintain accurate case documentation and follow established workflows to resolve systemic issues impacting the customer experience.

    Candidates for Tier Two Customer Service Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Proven experience in a high-volume customer service or escalated support environment with proficiency in Salesforce and order-to-cash systems.

    + Strong technical skills including basic Excel for data tracking and reporting, alongside excellent time management and organizational abilities.

    + Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with a requirement to be in the office at the Houston/Kinder Morgan location once per week on Wednesdays.

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
