Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. The role involves operating machines to cut foam and insulation products according to client specifications, along with other general production tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Operate machines to cut foam and insulation products to specifications.

+ Stand for the majority of the day while performing tasks.

+ Use basic hand and power tools to trim excess insulation and foam.

+ Load resin into molds to create products.

+ Assist with palletizing products as needed.

+ Operate a forklift occasionally, with certification provided.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operation.

+ Ability to load and unload machines efficiently.

+ Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs.

+ General labor experience in assembly and production settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with general production and assembly processes.

+ Forklift certification is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Rockford, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
