    We are currently looking for a passionate CNA Staff Scheduler to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced strong administrative staffing scheduler who has a passion for scheduling in a fast paced position.

    KEY JOB FUNCTION:

    + Timely and accurately utilize the ‘staffing template’ to create staffing schedules for the Director of Nursing (DON).

    + Develop, maintain and project staffing daily needs and schedules by shift.

    + Post daily staffing schedule and actual hours as required.

    + Track attendance, identify attendance problems and notify DON of findings.

    + Immediately reports to DON/Manager on Duty staffing challenges

    Requirements:

    + Experience with Recruiting and/or Medical Staff Schedules Required

    + Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospital or Ambulatory care setting.
