Scope of Job

+ Assist AVE Frontera family leaders with the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of FCP at STC .

+ Provide guidance on FCP projects for students in person and/or using social media platforms.

+ Participate in planning meetings with lead team and AVE Frontera.

+ Provide support to AVE Frontera family leaders during classroom visits.

+ Assist the lead team members during data collection, analysis, and dissemination.

+ Provide support to AVE Frontera with planning, organizing, and implementation of community events and at UTRGV and/or STC .

+ Assist the lead team on the design, implementation, and evaluation of faculty training activities.

+ Provide mentorship opportunities to STC students in person and/or social media platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM -related field
