    Hours Part-time, include requirement and total hours per week - as needed, not to exceed 19.5 hours per week

    Summary of Position

    This job supports the instructional component of the school’s mission to provide college courses leading to a degree or certificate. The Central Texas College instructor provides quality instruction and is committed to the personal development of each student.

     

    *This position is part of the Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment program. Work hours and location will be in accordance with the Fort Knox High School.

    Minimum Required Education

    • Master’s Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of eighteen graduate level semester hours in the discipline of Mathematics.

    Minimum Required Experience

    • Experience in post-secondary teaching is preferred.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education. This is not a distance learning teaching position.

    • Ability to communicate effectively and present materials clearly. This position requires face to face instruction at Fort Knox Middle High School according the high school’s calendar and block schedule. Please note, this is not a distance learning position.
