Location of position: _Remote_

As our Digital Integration Expert, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

You will bring 5+ years of project management (leading people, managing project budgets, and planning for successful project execution). You may also have 3+ years of experience working with Digital Solutions, Access Control Integration, Data Networks (LAN/WAN), and IT systems.

Additionally, you will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.

Hiring requirements

+ Ability to **lead cross-functionally** through **influencing without authority.**

+ **Strong and effective communication skills** with all levels of employees, customers, contractors etc., both oral and written.

+ **Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.**

+ Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form.

+ **Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental governmental regulations.**

+ Comprehensive understanding of **KONE’s processes,** policies and contracts/product offerings.

+ Familiarity with competitor product offerings and practices.

+ Sound working **knowledge of construction** industry.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $142,900 – $196,460. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
