    Duration: Seasonal (April to October), with the possibility of extension

     

    Start Date: April 2024

     

    Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $25.00

    Job Description: Starlight Aerial Productions is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Seasonal Drone Light Show Line Technicians to join our team. As a Line Technician, you will play a crucial role in the setup, maintenance, and logistics of our drone light shows, ensuring that each performance is executed flawlessly. This position offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes of some of the most innovative and visually stunning aerial displays.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist in the setup and breakdown of drone light show equipment at various locations.

    + Perform routine maintenance and checks on drones and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Coordinate logistics and handle the transportation of equipment to and from show sites.

    + Work closely with the Pilot in Command to execute flight plans and ensure the smooth operation of drones during shows.

    + Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

    + Report any technical issues or concerns to the Pilot in Command, Manager, and Director of Starlight Operations promptly.

    + Be flexible with your schedule to accommodate the dynamic nature of show timings and locations.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Technical aptitude and ability to handle electronic equipment.

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions from the Pilot in Command.

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to travel as needed and work in outdoor settings.

    + FAA Part 107 certification is not required but encouraged.

    + Must attend a mandatory 3-day Boot Camp in March or April 2024.
