    Summary of Position

    This job supports the instructional component of the school’s mission to provide college courses leading to a degree or certificate. The Central Texas College instructor provides quality instruction and is committed to the personal development of each student.

     

    Minimum Required Education

     

    Master’s Degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of eighteen graduate level semester hours in Philosophy

     

    This position requires some face to face contact hours with students at is a face to face teaching position at the location listed above, Fort Knox. This is not strictly an online teaching position.

    Minimum Required Experience

    • Experience in postsecondary teaching is preferred

     

    prior experience with Blackboard will be helpful

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education.
