What will you be doing?
In this Entry Level Human Resources Coordinator position, you will report to the Director of Total Rewards and support the HR needs of all US entities including but not limited to leave of absence and workers compensation claims. Responsibilities include:
+ Administering leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws.
+ Providing assistance in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
+ Reviewing and completing EEO reports with appropriate documentation.
+ Coordinating workers' compensation claims with third-party administrator. Follow up on claims.
+ Reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
+ Performing other HR related job duties as assigned.

Requirements:
+ Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
+ Ability to multitask and remain organized
+ Ability to work independently
