Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Social Work Intern to join our Human Resource team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in social work to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct structured interviews with employees to gather feedback on workplace experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

+ Assist in analyzing interview data and identifying trends or themes related to employee satisfaction.

+ Collaborate with our team to develop action plans based on interview findings, aimed at enhancing employee engagement and addressing any identified issues.

Qualifications

+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Social Work or a related field.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
