    What You’ll Do

     

    As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide day to day administrative and operational support for Project Teams, Accounting and Procurement. Responsible for purchase order maintenance, and invoice/cost reconciliation with operational, accounting and risk teams.

     

    + **Communicate** with Project Personnel and help manage information deadline accountability

    + **Document Control** –maintain electronic files with all project documents, ensuring their storage in the proper locations.

    + **Collaborate** closely with project personnel, cross-functional departments, and team members to validate vendor setup accuracy, rectify discrepancies, and resolve errors.

    + **Assist** project managers with invoice approvals.

    + **Partner** with Accounting department for invoice submittal.

    + **Manage** Project Coordinator’s Certify approval deadlines

    What You Bring to the Table

    + HS Diploma or GED required

    + 1 year of administrative experience for service company or industry.

    + Basic Excel experience including data entry and reporting required.

    + SharePoint experience preferred

    + Microsoft Teams exposure preferred
