    Report Times: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

     

    Daily Hours: 4 Paid

     

    Work Year: Summer 2025

     

    Supervisor: Building Principal

    Minimum Requirements:

    *Internal Candidates Only*

    MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE ENTIRE SUMMER SESSION;

    Dates: July 10 (7-hr day for staff only)

     

    July 15-August 20 (RSS/CRSS Classes) No Classes on Friday 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1

     

    August 19-August 20 (Regents Exams)

    Desired Qualifications:

    Strong interpersonal skills;

     

    Strong organizational skills;

     

    Experience with IEP Direct;

     

    Strong computer knowledge;

     

    Clerical aptitude, accuracy, neatness, and follow through;

     

    Ability to prioritize tasks;

     

    Complete all work with a high degree of quality and efficiency;

     

    Ability to interact effectively with students as well as adults;

     

    Must be flexible, responsible, and dependable;

     

    Daily attendance is expected.

    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    Assist in data entry to create student schedules;

     

    Record daily attendance;

     

    Enroll students;

     

    All other duties as assigned.

     

    Additional hours for training and organizing summer school will take place prior to July 10 start date.
