    Responsibilities

    + Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple hardware and software, including servers, Macs, iPads, and MacBooks.

    + Manage the deployment and configuration of Apple devices using tools such as Apple Configurator, Jamf Pro, or similar MDM solutions.

    + Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the security and stability of Apple systems.

    + Monitor system performance and address any issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

    + Provide technical support and training to end-users for Apple devices and software applications.

    + Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement strategies for improving system reliability and performance.

    + Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

    + Assist in the integration of Apple devices with existing infrastructure and services.

    + Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    + Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to Apple technologies.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of two (2) years of experience administering and maintaining Apple hardware and software, including but not limited to, Apple servers, Macs, iPads, and MacBooks

    + Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Certification

    + Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and associated Apple hardware.

    + Experience with Apple server administration and configuration.

    + Proficiency in using MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro, Apple Configurator, or similar tools.

    + Solid understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator) are a plus.

    _Preferred Skills:_

    + Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

    + Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Parallels).

    + Familiarity with enterprise-level backup and recovery solutions.

    + Experience with integration of Apple devices into Windows or mixed-OS environments.
