    As our Charge Description master lead /Supervisor/Manager (CDM) - Revenue Integrity Lead/Supervisor/Manager (RIS) you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of new processes and systems, age projects aligned with organizational goals, and foster collaboration across various departments. Every day you will conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies, act as a liaison between administration, revenue cycle, and IT, and lead the Revenue Integrity team. You will also prepare business cases and updates, develop and maintain project plans, and continuously seek ways to improve existing revenue cycle processes. To thrive in this role you must, you must demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive financial and operational integrity.

    Here’s what you will experience:

    + Developing measures to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of new processes and systems, as well as ensuring the timeliness and quality of projects.

    + Project management and support, assists in managing issues and accepts direction toward accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organization.

    + Collaborates with various departments to map existing processes, conduct readiness assessments, develop approaches to effectively implement change, identify necessary resources, and complete projects.

    + Conducts risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies to make informed project recommendations and estimate return on investment.

    + Serves as a liaison between administration, revenue cycle, and information technology departments; solicits feedback from key stakeholders to make informed decisions Leads Revenue Integrity team, works with executives as well as individuals from relevant departments to assess, plan, and implement projects Creates and delivers presentations as needed (e.g., building a business case, providing progress updates, demonstrating results).

    Required Skills:

    + Leadership and Project management experience

    + 7-10+ years in consulting or account management.

    + 2-5+ years in a high-level healthcare provider role (e.g., VP at BPO, HCIT, or health system).

    + Proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookups and pivot tables

    + Expertise in healthcare providers and revenue cycle.

    + One or more coding certification: CIC or COC or CPC or CCA or CCS or CCS-P etc.

     

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $59,282.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

     

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
