SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Leads and participates in the day-to-day activities of the Respiratory Services Department and monitors the general activities of its satellites. Monitors, evaluates, and coaches Registered Respiratory Therapists daily performance and productivity. Adjusts staffing levels accordingly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
+ Licensed to practice as a Respiratory Therapist by the state of employment required
+ AHA BLS
+ Two (2) years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
+ ACLS, PALS and NRP
+ One Active Specialty Credential (NPS, ACCS, C-NPT, AE-C, C-PFT, PALS, or NRP)
