    **Director of Finance - Ambulatory Division Summary** :

    + Responsible for the preparation of all internal and external financial reports and accounting records.

    + Oversees the functions and staff of accounts payable, accounts receivable/billing, general accounting, financial analysis, and payroll.

    + Financial responsibilities over various areas including, but not limited to home care, imagining, surgery, urgent care, etc.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + **Required Education:** Bachelor Degree in Accounting OR Finance

    + **Required Credentials:** CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

    + **Required Experience:** Minimum: 5 years of Accounting OR Finance within Healthcare; OR minimum 3 years of Auditing experience within Healthcare

    + **Leadership Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in Management Role or related field
