    We are looking for a Fleet Trainer / Technician to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

    Functional Description:

    + Alternate ISEA instructor (Will always travel with a GOV Trainer)

    + Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing training documents.

    + Backup for scheduling and coordinating training.

    + Backup for meetings.

    + Assist with reviewing and providing updates for Technical Manual.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Seven (7) years of related professional experience performing duties described in the functional description.

    + Experience as a military instructor.

    + Curriculum development experience.

    + Hands on technical experience.

    + Willing to travel.

    + Good communications skills.

    + Enough technical background to learn and teach the system.

    Preferred Education:

    + Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field.

     

    Need to be able to obtain Group I/II s-UAS pilot certification and be able to pass a FAA Class 3 physical.

     

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
