    _Job Description:_

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT System Engineer (SE) to join our technical team in our Chantilly, VA office. As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our operations. Your expertise will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of system architecture, network management requirement management processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with capturing customer requirements, designing and implementing enterprise level system such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop ServiceNow system architecture, including hardware and software components, to meet functional requirements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Document system requirements, configurations, procedures, and best practices.

    • Install, configure, and deploy server resources provided by third-party cloud services. and software updates.

    • Create technical documentation for system configurations and maintaining system-related reports.

    • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for all designed and developed that ensures detailed project documentation.

    • Document all system configuration changes in accordance with Information Systems Security best practices.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    • Active TS/SCI with Poly.

    • 7+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products and BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field; or 4 years of additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.

    • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter.

    • Strong documentation and verbal communication skills to collaborate with and convey focused messages to stakeholders, customers, domain experts, program managers and teammates encompassing architecture, high-level and detail system designs.

    • Experience in deploying, configuring and maintaining enterprise level IT systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.

    • Experience deploying cloud-based enterprise level applications such as in AWS and Azure.

    • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Security + Certification.

    _Desired:_

    • ITIL v4

    • AWS Architect certification

    • ServiceNow Admin certification

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $102,900 - $216,200
