Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dryer vent systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

+ Perform thorough cleaning of dryer vent systems in residential properties

+ Inspect and identify any issues or blockages in the dryer vent

+ Use specialized equipment to remove lint, debris, and other obstructions

+ Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of dryer vent systems

+ Educate customers on the importance of regular dryer vent maintenance and safety

+ Follow safety protocols and guidelines

+ Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions

+ Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job

Requirements

+ Experience in dryer vent cleaning or HVAC maintenance (5 years+)

+ General Liability Preferred

+ Knowledge of dryer vent systems and their components

+ Familiarity with specialized cleaning equipment

+ Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols

+ Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

+ Living currently in the US
