The Nursing Fellowship Program is a full-time (36-40 hours per week) 8-week paid position for nursing students to gain practical experience through immersion in a nursing specialty. Nursing Fellows will gain an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse at Hartford HealthCare via classroom, clinical, and professional development opportunities. · Current BSN, ASN, or Accelerated nursing student with a projected graduation of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 * Preferred GPA of 3.2 or better and in good standing at school * Unofficial transcripts * Current resume highlighting any clinical experiences or related job history * One (1) letter of recommendation from a nursing school faculty member * Personal Statement addressing the following: 1. Why are you interested in the fellowship program at Hartford HealthCare? 2.
