    Substitute Teacher Associate (Regular/Special Education)Job DescriptionTo assist Classroom Teachers/Principals in providing students with an excellent education.Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with academic, behavioral, or medical needs.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    + Provides students with individual assistance on schoolwork assigned by the instructor.

    + Assists with supervision as needed.

    + Instructs students in small groups as directed by teacher.

    + Assists in the correction of assignments, tests, etc.

    + Attends meetings as directed.

    + Works cooperatively with teacher.

    + Contributes to a culture of high expectation and excellence.

    + Assists in maintaining a quality work environment.

    + Follows directions/instructions and gets along with co-workers and supervisors.

    + Attends work regularly and on time.

    + Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the teacher or principal.
