Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated, Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join our **Austin Tech Ridge** clinic. Key Responsibilities

+ Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic medical conditions.

+ Emphasize preventive care and patient education to promote long-term health.

+ Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

+ Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based clinical practices.

Schedule and Workload

+ **Part-Time (0.5 FTE)** position with a flexible schedule.

+ Shared call responsibilities within the department.

Qualifications

+ **Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)** degree.

+ Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).

+ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in **Family Medicine** .

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

+ Passion for patient-centered care and community health.
