What We're Looking For:

+ 3-5 years of Call Center Management experience

+ Strong computer and communication skills

+ Proven leadership ability with a focus on team success

+ Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead, train, and manage a team of Call Center Representatives

+ Schedule and confirm appointments for customers

+ Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service

+ Handle employee schedules and performance goals

+ Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

+ Ensure the delivery of excellent customer support at all times
