Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler and Machine Operator to join their team. As an Assembler and Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembler and Machine Operator

**Location:** Virginia Beach, VA

**Pay Range:** Starting Pay at $17.00/hr. (increases depending on shift)

25 cents raise every quarter for the first year. After that, $1/hr. increase each year

What's the Job?

+ Operate one or more basic production machines used in the assembly, fabrication, or other processes to produce and further process subassemblies of various types.

+ Assemble and package products on an assembly line or at a bench.

+ Perform routine and repetitive assembly motions.

+ Conduct more complex production tasks such as operating multiple machines.

+ Assist in other areas of the plant as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Previous work tenure and great work ethic.

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Ability to lift up to 25lbs. regularly.

+ Reliable transportation.
