    Intuit’s Consumer Group (CG) combines the power of TurboTax and Credit Karma, providing tax preparation for individuals and businesses along with a marketplace of financial products. The CG Finance team is critical in driving business growth and profitability through strategic, financial, and operational leadership.

     

    Come join Intuit as part of the CG Finance team as a Sr. Financial Analyst partnering with the TurboTax, CreditKarma, and QuickBooks Capital businesses.

    What you'll bring

    You are a thought leader with strong analytical and modeling skills and a deep understanding of SaaS. You also have demonstrable experience in acting as a business partner, supporting and challenging non-finance stakeholders. As this role involves constant interaction with senior non-finance stakeholders across the business, you need the confidence and emotional intelligence to communicate at all levels effectively. The ideal candidate has worked in the tech industry and enjoys operating in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

     

    + 3-5 years of Finance experience or equivalent tenure from related positions

    + Experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking or similar roles

    + Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, behaviors, decisions, and business outcomes

    + Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze complex business scenarios by building/improving financial models. Programming knowledge is required (SQL).

    + Demonstrated excellent strategic thought leadership skills, as well as strong financial and analytical skills.

    + Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to lead change and operational improvements.

    + Highly motivated individual with the desire to work on ambiguous projects and the ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.

    + Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team

    + Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction, and credibility

    + Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing business models a plus; MBA a plus

    How you will lead

    + Data-driven: Drive various analyses that deliver data-driven insights in a coherent and structured manner to promote decision making and business outcomes that accelerate our growth trajectory.

    + Strategic planning: Be a trusted advisor to the TurboTax / CreditKarma & QuickBooks Capital leadership team to develop and refine our long-term strategic plans, proactively highlighting risk and opportunities related to business growth and driving optimal investment decisions through data-driven insights and business modeling expertise.

    + Operational excellence: Partner with the Product, Analytics, and Marketing partners to develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive insights and decision-making to achieve our strategic and financial plans.

    + Modeling: Work with partners to create financial models to analyze complex business scenarios that drive and inform our go-to-market strategy

    + Process improvement: Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement by streamlining, standardizing, and automating processes and reporting requirements.

     

    Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Southern California $111,500-151,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits) (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
