Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Ensure IT systems are designed, implemented, and maintained effectively to support the needs of the organization and its users, acting as a bridge between requirements and technical solutions.

+ Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

+ Create technical documents, including flow diagrams, system models, specifications, user manuals, and guides, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.

+ Evaluate proposed solutions to assess technical and financial viability.

+ Coordinate with developers, network engineers, and other IT professionals to implement systems, ensuring that systems are integrated smoothly with existing infrastructure.

+ Evaluate test plans to ensure systems meet requirements, identifying and resolving any issues.

+ Assist with training users and IT staff on new systems and technologies.

+ Support troubleshooting for system-related issues.

+ Analyze and improve processes, recommending changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

+ Ensure systems comply with security policies and regulatory requirements to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.

+ Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending implementation of new technologies that can benefit the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of relevant experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline.

+ Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.

+ PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience supporting DoD programs.

+ Experience with cloud-based technologies.

+ DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

+ ITIL certification.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
