Summary:

This role will lead the marketing technology strategy, roadmap and execution for the RL Direct Response marketing program.

Required Skills:

Marketing Technology Lead, Reality Labs Responsibilities:

1. Define cross-product Martech platform standards, ensuring consistency and scalability across diverse marketing channels and markets.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing solutions that enhance performance marketing capabilities, driving significant sales growth across brands and regions.

3. Identify and select Martech platforms that meet the needs of both advanced and growth markets, balancing capability and cost-effectiveness.

4. Source and manage relationships with implementation partners, making the adoption of Martech solutions seamless for markets regardless of internal resourcing.

5. Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices in digital marketing.

6. Lead and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical success.

7. Map best practices to guide markets in optimizing Martech investments for further commercial success.

Minimum Qualifications:

8. Proven experience in marketing technology, particularly with tag management systems and digital marketing platforms.

9. Proven understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

10. Experience conducting privacy reviews and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

11. Experience in the technical aspects of digital marketing platforms and tagging implementations.

12. Experienced project management skills, with a proven track record of leading technology-focused projects.

13. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the experience to work in cross-functional and fast moving environment.

14. Demonstrated experience in communication and collaboration skills.

Public Compensation:

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
