URGENT HIRING! We are looking for a male caregiver to assist one of our clients in Oconomowoc, Experienced caregiver required. Hoyer lift. He's a big guy 6ft 2 in and about 250 lbs. Paralyzed completely on the left side. No smokers. We will have him 24/7 Shift: * 1st, 2nd and 3rd - 24/7 Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Minimum requirement: 2-3 days per week * Pay based on experience and certification Requirements: Hoyer Lift Experience High school diploma or GED * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * 1+ year of caregiver or home care experience (preferred) * Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable automobile (preferred) * Physical ability to perform caregiving duties (standing, walking, squatting, bending, etc.) * Willing to travel from 10-35 minutes max to go to the client's home Responsibilities: * Provide personal care and assistance to patients * Perform light housekeeping tasks * Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families * Assist with exercises and physical activities (if the client is capable) * Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the Director of Nursing * Promote a safe and supportive environment, ensuring quality care * Adhere to patient rights and follow care plans If you're ready to start a fulfilling career in caregiving, apply now and become part of a supportive, compassionate team!
